• 2026-09-09: name, description changed — Table C-2, row "Access vessels" under operation and maintenance costs – maintenance. Named after the Variable it computes. The published name was the table's row number, which the node's own note asks to replace; the description now carries the equation, which the new name would otherwise only restate.
