This model is an expectation over the annual speed distribution; this fact is not yet taken into account; we should fix this.
2026-09-09: name, description changed — Table D-1, row "Annual loss in electrical infrastructure" (adapted from Schoenmakers). Named after the Variable it outputs. The published name was the table's row number, which the node's own note asks to replace; the description now carries the equation, which the new name would otherwise only restate.
