This node is the "and otherwise" case; the case where type j is repaired in the batch is the model "downtime of previously failed turbines during batch i", which is why the two nodes carry the same description. The published name was the table's row number, which the node's own note asks to replace; the description now carries the equation, which the new name would otherwise only restate.
