ECN's off-shore wind farm installation planning tool. Given information about the farm, its location, the harbors involved, their weather climate, and a stepwise plan of the farm installation, it can calculate durations of the installation steps both with and without weather delays and aggregate the stepwise results in overviews for the whole installation process to arrive at, e.g., total weather delays and time of first power generation.
