efficiency of electrical network

The efficiency of the electrical network expresses all the electrical losses incurred throughout the off-shore wind system, assuming no array losses and 100% availability of the turbines. It is an adimensional quantity.

Notes

In Michiel's thesis (see pages 78-79), this quantity was modeled as the sum of a time-independent (average) term and a fluctuation term; we have not yet done this, but should keep it in mind.
