The factor that expresses the loss in power production of the turbine due to wake effects. It is an adimensional quantity.

In Michiel's thesis (see pages 78-79), this quantity was modeled as the sum of a time-independent (average) term and a fluctuation term; we have not yet done this, but should keep it in mind.
